Hello, I'm Julien.

Hey i'm Julien, i'm from germany and i love bartending! I always try my best to satisfy the guests as best as possible & give them a unique experience at the bar. I'm always in time, love social interactions & like to express my creativity.

So i started in the hotel from my dad, Hotel Andante Rust, an apprenticeship as Hotel Manager in germany when i was 17, and learned a lot of spirits, beer brewing, wines, service, kitchen, reception and the overall dealing with guests. After i finished, i decided to manage the restaurant there for 1 year. then i wanted to see something new and went to the Holiday inn express in Ringsheim as a Nightaudit. I also had to manage the Bar through the Night there and learned to love it. So after 2 Years i went back to my Dads Hotel and started to invent a lot of new stuff at the bar, and worked as head bartender and restaurant manger once again, until now. because we are a seasonal business, i decided to make the bartender course at EBS, while we are in the winter break. I love my job there and what iam doing, but i want to explore a bit more the world of bartending. Iam also everyday watching youtube videos or reading blogs/books about bartending and mixology to always stay up to date, and i would also say, that i learned the most that way.
