Enjoying the EBS experience behind the bars has given me a new perspective, and is something I want to continue to enjoy. The month that I was on the course, it taught me different skills that I can and want to apply in my day-to-day life behind the bar somewhere in the world. I feel that this industry is the best one in which I can interact with different people and enjoy different places in the world.
