Bartender / catering manager/Head Bartender with a strong motivation to grow professionally who was lucky enough to work for 3 years in one of the best bars in Italy according to the guide of Gambero Rosso. After my experience in Thailand,I received a call from an important restaurant/lounge bar in Forte Dei Marmi.They asked me to manage the bar during the summer season and create a proper cocktail list that could accompany the dishes of our Japanese cuisine.
