•Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times. •Supervise, train, and motivate bar staff to provide high-quality customer service and maintain a positive work environment. •Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and tracking alcohol and beverage supplies to prevent shortages and wastage. •Ensure all health and safety regulations, as well as local licensing laws, are strictly adhered to in the bar. •Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly to maintain guest satisfaction. •Create and update drink menus, and introduce seasonal or promotional specials to attract guests. •Monitor bar performance and provide reports to management, suggesting improvements where necessary. •Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, both front and back of house. •Assist in the recruitment and scheduling of bar staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours. •Handle stocktaking, maintaining accurate records of alcohol and beverage usage.
