I was very quickly promoted from bar back to bar tender to bar super visor with in a 5 month period. Leading teams of 5 people, staying on top of the floor, the bar and our bar back area (where we made all our fresh juices, syrups and pre made cocktails.) I have a very broad knowledge of 100+ cocktails, strong knowledge of whiskies through my time at EBS and taken part in whisky tastings.
