I am always searching for new experiences. I am friendly, personable, calm and I love working with people. Making customers happy is really important to me and I do everything possible to meet each customer’s personal needs.
Until December 2022, I worked as a waiter in the Casino of Neuchâtel (Switzerland) where I applied my customer service skills on a daily basis. I also worked for a restaurant in a hotel in Montreux for 3 and a half years, and achieved my service CFC (Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training). I also worked in a care home in Bern to validate my military service.
