Hi! I’m antonio, i’m 23 years old and i’m a professional bartender from italy.
I started my career at 16 as a waiter's assistant, at 17 I took on the role of waiter and continued to hold the role until I was 19. then I moved to a café where I took on the role of barista and specialized in coffee, preparations and its blends. a year and a half later I moved to a cocktail bar, where I held the role of waiter, and then after 3 months I was moved to the bar, where I learned basic mixing and in more depth the tiki one. after a few months I decided to take on EBS from which I came out with a grade A-96%. after the course I decided to move to a cocktail bar in the center, where I specialized in vintage mixing, Japanese style techniques, in the management of a bottle rack up to the bar at a chemical level. after this experience I was hired in a seasonal place as a bar manager where I took care of drink cost, order management, the warehouse, the room and the waiters.
