Completed and certified Sommelier, with WSET Level 2 Certificate 80% pass with MERIT, BARCELONA. I excelled and certified in the EBS International Mixology Bartending Course, and I am incorporating my knowledge, experience, my talents and proficiency in organization toward your team efforts. Previously worked at HARD ROCK hotel in Ibiza. Previously worked at Finca Legado de Luxe in Ibiza. Running the bar & restaurant, prepare cocktails, wine and food pairing, Mise en place, prepare wine at right temperature, bar replenished, prepare and close business. Ensure exceptional customer service, remembering customer preference and always greeting by name to maintain high standard of service. My past experience at SW9 Wine Bar, London previously as a manager for 7 years, created a great team and strong work ethic, communicated daily with the chef and owner, created food and drinks menu pairing, ensured that operations are run smoothly, hired and trained staff, overseen finances and ensured proper health and sanitation practices. I am an engaging communicator, employee training, building strong professional relationships has been a beneficial asset throughout my career. Most recently I gained experience on mastering over 50 cocktail recipes and their presentation, knowledge on a variety of wine, spirits and beers. I have completed the 4 week intensive course at the EBS Bartending School in Barcelona, the New Cocktail Capital of the World. It was to date the best learning experience regarding the alcohol industry and I am very pleased to have received my certificate of completion in January 2023.
