I have been working in restaurants or bars since I was 16 years old, I have been working first in the kitchen, then as a bartender. I have worked in the grill area, hot kitchen, cold kitchen, barback, bartender, headbartender, mixologist, food and beverage supervisor. I have been to Mexican, Brazilian, Japanese, etc. restaurants, always willing to improve and learn new things. I currently finished 3 months of internship in Italy, Arezzo, Tuscany, in the kitchen area where I ended up being the chef's main assistant, I have a letter of recommendation.
