Hello, I'm Erwin.
Hard working, enthusiastic and quick learning hospitality worker from the Netherlands with loads of different experiences within the branche.
In my previous positions as a f&b supervisor I was in charge of big teams, scheduling and assigning them to the right spot needed at the moment. I have been helping with the setting up and organization of events on the premises, such as book presentations, bachelors and weddings. I always had the ability (and had the opportunity to refine it with experience) of having an helicopter view. Making sure everything runs as smooth as possible and if needed to be proactive with a solution oriented mindset. My main priority as a bartender is making sure that the bar runs smoothly, tidy and clean. Ensuring that cocktails/coffees are made within a decent time frame. The quality even under stress and in busier times should always remain the same. I am very creative and love to experiment even at home in order to bring new recipes and taste combinations back at work.
