After completing my training at EBS, I immediately transitioned into a bartender role in a high-traffic restaurant environment, where I developed skills in bar management, inventory tracking, and leading a barback. I am now driven to refine my expertise in high-end cocktail creation, focusing on advanced techniques and sophisticated flavor pairings to deliver elevated experiences for guests. My goal is to deepen my culinary knowledge and creative approach, and I actively seek learning opportunities to work alongside seasoned professionals in the industry.
