French girl from Bordeaux, wine lover, spirits lover, also cocktail, thanks to EBS ! Already bar manager in Saint Emilion (France), but I’m also a challenger and travel lover… so why not !

I started travelling in Spain in 2017. I was working in a restaurant in Nerja (Málaga) just for help but I leaned Spanish and English. After in summer 2018, I had to come back to France and I started to work in a camping village in Saint Emilion. I enjoyed it. I learned my first cocktails and to be a waitress. In winter 2018/2019 I decided to be a bartender and I applied to be a bartender at Club med. They trained me and I did my season in the French alps. Also I worked in a pub every week end and I learned more cocktails with a good bartender ! Later, I came back to Spain working in a shop, but during the week end, I was working in a dance club, with classical cocktails, but still practicing my Spanish and my English. In winter 2020, I came back to france, for working in a restaurant/pub to Les Arcs 1800 (French Alps) as head waitress and also bartender. My boss was a good Parisian bartending and taught me a lot. Later, my summer 2020 I did a season also as head waitress in a restaurant in Hossegor (French South West coast) I created my first cocktail menu. Amazing and successful experience ! Later, covid time, so, nothing until may 2021. I find my current job, as bar manager in Saint emilion.
