I am an efficient worker who approaches situations with a calm and friendly attitude. I also work well under pressure being a good problem solver, both of which add to how I work with a team. I’m committed to creating an exceptional customer experience whilst maintaining top quality service. Additionally, during my time in secondary school I took a great interest in Psychology, leading a weekly Society in which I would chair discussions on controversial topics. My interest in the subject translates well into working behind the bar, as it’s given me the skill set to successfully communicate with customers and better understand the team dynamic when working behind a bar.
