starting my carreer as a waiter i've now started to love bartending. i love people and working with them, can't wait to do it in a high value place
i've graduated in a hotelschool near lake garda (italy). since then i've worked in restaurant as a waiter and in irland too (making some good pizzas and occasionaly helping at the bar) i've then got back in italy (coronavirus in 2019) and started to work in an aperitivbar in Valpolicella. i know what is like to work in the hospitality especialy restaurant, but with the help of a little bar experience in a bar and the EBS course i' now ready for an adventure in a cocktail bar
