

Hello, I'm Clélia.
Enthusiastic French girl who loves travel and creating cocktails with tequila. I want to be bartender because it is a way, for me, to spread good vibes and make people live a good moment :)
Now, I am looking for a job in a quality compagny. I had the chance during summer 2022 to work in a camping in Saint Tropez where I was in charge of making cocktails and was also waitress of the restaurant. I learned to be quick in my work (because the restaurant was high demand) but I didn't feel fulfilled because the quality of the cocktails we served, was not good. I want to work in a compagny where I will be proud of the product we propose to the clients. In all my other experiences I always was in contact with clients. This is what I love the most in a job. The first experience I had with bartending, was in Mexico (I travelled there for 6 months). I used to do volunteers in hostals. In Merida, I was in charge of the breakfast and the happy hours. The first time I did an happy hour, I was alone and never did one cocktail in my life, not even one Margarita. So I managed with looking recipes on internet, and I could serve some basic cocktails (Margarita, Cuba libre, Paloma, Sex on the beach, ...) So my first cocktail was a Margarita and I made it in Mexico :) After this experience, I decided to be a bartender because I loved this experience.
