Hi, my name is Alice. I just got my Bartender certificate from the EBS school in Rome. I have discovered the passion for this job not long ago and I want to perfect myself as best I can, it takes time but that doesn't scare me.

I've been a waitress since I was 20, I'm 31. In the last 11 years I have not only done that but the love for this job has led me to take it back. This year a light bulb went on, I wake up and say to myself: ‘I want to be a barlady, I want to become a real barlady’ and so I immediately enrolled in EBS (European Bartender School) and it was an experience that completely changed my life. I am even more convinced that I want to grow in this job and my goal is just that. I'm not good with languages but I learn easily, I hope (indeed, it will be so) that with this job of perfecting myself with English, for now I manage at the basic level. That said, I'm a girl who never wins, I put passion into what I do and aim to get higher and higher. I am looking forward to launching myself into this new world.
