Hello, I'm Dimitrios.
I'm a Greek born, Italian raised bartender who has been experimenting with new and also classic Mediterranean flavours in my cocktails for years. I'm very versatile and know how to treat each spirit with care.
Working in a temporary position in a large hotel in Greece allowed me to confirm my passion for good bartending practices but also about trying to find new cocktails based on local products.
