Creative and curious, I always want to discover new things, to try new cocktails, to create them. Very sociable, friendly, I love working in a team!
I worked for ClubMed for 3 years, to runner to assistant manager (restaurants). It was a gratefull experience ! Working with people from all around the world was an highlight for my professional life. I left ClubMed to experiment in a field other than luxury, the "brasserie". I loved it, and being in constant contact with the bar, I then decided to turn me to the profession of bartender. Here I am now, after my training at EBS, ready to accomplish great things !
