Bartender at heart, Bar Manager by role, Operations Lead by challenge. For me, it’s all about the rush, the craft, and the people who make it worth it.
I started my career behind the bar and worked my way up step by step – from bartender to Bar Manager, and now Operations Lead. Over the years, I’ve gained experience in classic bartending, cocktail creation, and speed service, but also in leading a team, training new staff, and managing the daily operations of a busy venue. Running a bar taught me more than just mixing drinks: I’ve learned how to create atmosphere, handle pressure, and keep everything flowing smoothly even on the busiest nights. My strengths lie in creativity, problem-solving, and bringing structure into high-energy environments – without losing the fun and passion that make this job special. For me, bartending is about people as much as it is about drinks. I love connecting with guests, motivating my team, and making every night an experience worth remembering.
