

Hello, I'm Loris.
Swiss-Italian bartender and chef who’s bringing new flavors not only to the plate, but also to the glass, while travelling around the world.
After working experiences in different industries, i found a home in hospitality. Due to my high resilience and my gift to always keep a cool head, i was able to satisfy more than 14'000 in a time span of 3 months in my latest project. My ability to combine different tastes helped me not only with the food production in the kitchen, but also in the creation of cocktails at the bar - perfectionism and an eye for detail are key to me.
