

Hello, I'm MARCO APARICIO.
Your friendly bartender from Mexico who's in love of classic cocktails and the speciality of our country, mezcal and tequila!
I start this lovely profession in Veracruz, just knowing the exactly people to be in love of it. Then I traveled to the Caribe (Holbox island), Quintana Roo actually, to know more about cocktails and some mezcal and liquors infusions. When I move to work in hotels (Holbox island), they allow me to use the tools that they have learning traditional way and some new skills to use in the future. In "Las Nubes" hotel I teach a lot of bartenders that they had to enjoy the profession and let them know that the job is not just for learn classical cocktails it's just to let them free using the tools that we have creating more and more cocktails (each week we had a brand new cocktail from the 4 bars that we had in that hotel). After 1 year I went to work in a Beach Club "Carolinda" (Holbox), I used to work there for almost 1 year. My bosses and the costumers let me do the cocktails that the were looking for, it was really fun 'cause most of the people build their own cocktail from cero teaching them just a bit of the spirits that we had. "Pura Vida Sushi Bar" is a Sport Bar with a few pool tables and "futbolitos" it was more for having fun with a live band and mixology in midnight I was the for almost one year also. Now I move to Turks and Caicos to learn more about spirits, liquors, sodas, foams, everything about cocktails I'm feel in love of it.
