Hello, I'm Michael.
Former Corporate American falling deep in love with bartending and mixology,
Through University and into the corporate world, I discovered a passion for mixology and bartending. This started with self-teaching that turned into hosting large groups of people for special occasions and becoming well known in my university for being someone who can make a true, classic cocktail. Here I found a sense of fulfillment being able to provide drinks that were new to people that they would not be able to afford at the nearby restaurants. Eventually, I decided to further explore how to help people discover their own palates and taste by working with engaged couples to design drinks for their weddings and even serving them at the weddings myself. Now, I have gone even further and completed the 4-week international course at EBS to become the best drink designer and experience maker I can and am looking to finally make this newfound role official by experiencing new places, cultures, and people to serve them their best drinks yet.
