I'm currently a seasonal french employee and I'd like to become a mixologist. My aim is to discover the world and its cultures, to learn their specialities so that I can adapt them in my own way for my creations.
I'm currently a seasonal employee and would like to become a mixologist. I've worked in a variety of establishments, including luxury hotels, brasseries and restaurants. Following a summer season in a restaurant, I discovered the field of cocktails. This was followed by the EBS training course, which gave me the opportunity to explore more elaborate bars. I'm looking for quality cocktail bars in incredible and unusual locations to create and serve our customers.
