From my years of season work in the French Alps, seaside or in the vineyard, I have kept what I think is one of the essential work value : hard work. Self motivated and detail orientated, I keep a high focus on preparing each drink as if it was my last. Though it doesn't keep me from enjoying a nice and light atmosphere between colleagues. As my bar mentor used to say : "Shut your mouth, open your ears and open your chakras"
