I have worked as a waiter, bartender, barista and hostess for several years. I know what it means to manage a busy restaurant and bar, as I have been a restaurant manager for several years. I know how to give guests a good experience, so they want to come back. My work ethic is very strong and I am a positive employee and manager, who works really great in a team. I work best in a busy environment where I have to have an overview at all times. That is also one of my strong point. I am very good at keeping a cool head during busy periods. I never rush around, but I work at a high pace! I work well as a hostess/waiter as I make a really good first impression. I make guests feel welcome immediately because I have a very personal approach to my work. I work well as a bartender because I am very fast and accurate. In the bar I am very much a perfectionist. I have passed the bartending course with top marks. I am a well-liked manager. I have a proper approach to my employees that is based on mutual respect.
