Hello, I'm Elian.
A very motivated man with a passion for bartending. Very curious by nature, I aspire to develop my knowledge while making new experiences. To work seriously and efficiently in the best conditions while remaining friendly and open-minded.
After having reoriented myself several times in my studies to really find what I like, I think that i finally settled with my bartending experience at EBS. I've always been curious about bartending , ever since I saw the movie "Coktail" when I was a kid and I've always dreamed a bit about it. Finally I decided this year to give it a try, and I'm wondering if it's not what I should have been doing all along. The first time I worked in the service department a few years ago, I learned the importance of teamwork, organization and respect. Elements that had already come naturally to me , that now can be finally applied into practice. The main feedback I got from my previous employers about my work is above all my adaptability. I'm usually a quick learner because when I commit to something I give my 100%. My work ethic can be summarized in a few words: precision, speed, calmness and punctuality. Moreover , I also know how to be a hard worker while being attentive not only to customers but also to the requirements of the company. I only had short work experiences but i can advocate the fact that my employers were always pleased by my abilities in the workplace. Awarding me bonuses and premiums each time i finished my contract, while giving me the opportunity to come back. However, since i was very committed to my studies i didn't took any of these options. I m sure that I will be able to compensate for this period of inactivity with my desire to practice and my determination to meet the expectations of my mission. I am only 21 and i know that i have still a lot to learn but until then, i will be the same, dynamic, and very enthusiastic guy with the wish of giving my best.
