

Hello, I'm Claire.
Hester cookery course weekly for three years. Learning the basics of cookery and developing my skills over several years. I am extremely passionate about food and this has developed into a serious interest in bartending and one of the main reasons I decided to do EBS. I love working in a team and have done so through playing team sports my whole life, I couldn't imagine not working around other people. Therefore it is one of my main motivations when it comes to a career. During my school career I was elected to be managing director of a young enterprise company which sold clothing. This chance to lead and guide a team of people, hold discussions and make compromises really helped me develop skills as a leader and I learnt a lot about collaboration.
