Hello, I'm Gabriele.

Friendly and ready to learn, my objective is to always keep improving and gain better understanding of the world of bartending.

I am an undergraduate in the field of international law and economics. Given my curriculum of studies during my experience I learned to collaborate with people from all over the world, going beyond personal, cultural and language barriers. My passion for bartending was born during my studies in organic chemistry in high school, where I began to take an interest in the production processes of the most important alcoholic beverages and from there to become passionate about the preparation of cocktails, perhaps as a natural consequence of my great love for cooking. Although I have now changed my field of study, this passion has not only remained, but has become even stronger, extending, after my experience as a barista, also to the world of coffee making and coffe based beverages. I speak fluently two languages, Italian and English, but also French at an intermediate level and I understand Spanish, albeit with some difficulty. Sono uno studente universitario nel capo del diritto e dell'economia internazionale. Dato il mio capo di studi durante la mia esperienza ho imparato a collaborare con persone proventi da tutto il mondo, andando oltre a barriere personali, culturali e linguistiche. La mia passione per il bartending é nata durante i miei studi di chimica organica alle superiori, dove ho iniziato per conto mio ad interessarmi ai processi produttivi delle più importanti bevande alcoliche e da lì ad appassionarmi alla preparazione di cocktail, forse in conseguenza naturale alla mio grande amore per la cucina. Nonostante io abbia ora cambiato campo di studi, questa passione non solo é rimasta, ma é diventata ancora più forte, estendendosi, dopo la mia esperienza come barista, anche al mondo della caffetteria. Parlo fluentemente l'inglese, ma anche il francese a livello intermedio e capisco lo spagnolo, seppur con qualche difficoltà.
