Hello, I'm Gundula.
As my mother comes from a Gastronomy-family and is/was a Teacher in various hotel schools I basically grew up with some knowledge of this field and always had a different way of looking at hotels and restaurants. Working at home in our bookshop, I learned a lot how to interact with customers and be always friendly, also when you personally don not always have the best day ever. In my Highschool years I part time-jobbed in some party locations, serving drinks and also worked at a catering firm. This was a lot of fun and I realized that I had more pleasure time when I was standing behind the bar serving drinks then standing in front of it and being a customer. These experiences helped me a lot when I was helping out my uncle and aunt as their vacation manager in their hotel later. It was difficult to do this job alone without a real education in this field, but it worked out great. Also being a paramedic, showed me how to stay calm in stressful events and being always concentrated when a lot is going on.
