I'm hard working and always willing to learn or take criticisms that lead to my betterment in the industry. I really enjoy good Bourbons and Gin variations and I've been told I'm very personal and have good charisma.
I've got a well rounded education and experience in the hospitality/food service industry. I've worked both FOH and BOH, giving me passable knife skills that are quick and effective for bar preparation as well as trained my abilities to multi-task in high stress environments. Preparation, Cooking, Mixing cocktails, Presentation, People skills, All are in my skill set as to be effective but I don't claim to be the best, but am always striving to excel.
