I love mixing anything, I enjoy it so much that my colleagues have nicknamed me "The mad chemist". I enjoy talking to customers, discovering their tastes and understanding what they want. Because the best part comes when they trust you enough and try endlessly. When they take you aside and tell you that no one has ever understood their tastes and they leave with an indescribable smile.
