I focus on providing the customers with professional and efficient service. During my professional experience in hospitality I learned the importance of a personal encounter aswell as providing a pleasant experience. I am used to working frequent, and long shifts whilst still providing a concistency in my professional performance. With my experiences in fine-dining I picked up the value of product knowledge and presentation. Albeit knowing what wines or dishes I serve and a proper way of making the guests truly appriciate it. Through EBS and my experience as a full time bartender, I learned to incorporate all these things into the role of a professional behind the bar. I also aquired the ability to work smoothly with speed and accuracy in the cocktail creation process.
