I have worked in a large software company's corporate social responsibility department in China. Learn how to communicate with colleagues and clients. I also worked part-time as an assistant in the largest educational institution in China and deeply learned how to deal with multi-party relationships. These two jobs have laid the foundation for my future work in B2B and B2C companies; simultaneously, I have also enhanced my interpersonal communication skills. While preparing my resume, I am most proud of the experience of volunteering at the front desk of the largest youth hostel in Asia. Volunteering is the least responsible and most straightforward job, unlike the first two jobs, but it is the most complex work for me. Strong communication skills can save me much trouble and get the recognition of the guests, but the ability to adapt to special guests is essential. Through this job, I have also learned how to properly solve the client's problem without compromising the rights and interests of any party. Although I don't have any experience directly related to bar work, I think the above working experience can ease some of the difficulties for me in the alcoholic beverage and service industries.
