Hello, I'm Archie.
I am an enthusiastic and friendly bartender who cares about the guests' overall experience. I love learning about particular spirits and look to extend my knowledge in mixology.
I have been working in Bars and Hotels since 2017. Hospitality has been my main interest since starting full time work. Over the years I have gained experience with not just front of house in different areas but also in back of house. I have spent time working on Stock takes, stock orders, banking and change orders, counting tills, responding to emails and keeping the cellar and stock rooms clean and in order. In front of house I have experience in customer service in both pubs and hotels, keeping a high standard whilst waiting on tables and serving and dispensing drinks under pressure.
