I trained in free-pour, flair bartending, the theory and history behind alcohol and cocktails, learnt over 66 cocktail recipes and bar train for efficient and accurate service. Experienced the thriving bar scene in Barcelona and gained understanding of the tempo, intensity, styles and vibes of those high end bars. I worked an event for Paradiso Bar, gaining real experience in back-bar work, cleaning glasses, prepping ice and garnishes.
