2023-2024 I Bar Manager I Bartender (Marshmallow Mansion - Mexico City, Mexico) -Kept inventory updated for drink production every week. -Carried out the production of the 6 signature cocktails. -Lead bartender for private events implemented in the establishment. -Managed the day to day operations in the establishment. -Led and mentored a team of 10 employees, to make them an all rounded staff. -Crafted one of the signature cocktails for a seasonal holiday, which was later added permananetly to the menu. Volunteering 2024 I Bartender (Sundown Sessions - Split, Croatia) -Provided free bartending services on a party boat for the summer of 2024. 2024 I Bartender (Recreatiepark de Bosrand Drenthe & Farmcamps de Bosrand - Ellertshaar, The Netherlands) -Provided free bartending services and Barista services at the restaurant of the campsite. 2023 I Bartender (CHE Hostel - Merida, Mexico) Provided free mixology classes to the guests of the hostel.
