Hello, I'm Simon.
I am a friendly and passionate Bartender who has been working in the hospitality trade for around 5 years, and I am looking to take the next step in my career, I am very passionate about bartending and in particular the mixology side.
In working in the hospitality trade for a number of years already I have managed to create a network of friend's, whether its with people that I have met whilst serving, or different people that I've worked with over the years, you are always given the chance to meet and talk to variety of people from all walks of life, and this is one of the many aspects that I love about the job. In the past I have spent some time backpacking and travelling to other countries, and its something that I really take pleasure in, I find that learning about other cultures and traditions fascinating, and you also get to try all types of different of food from all over the world. I spend a lot of my free time reading and I particularly enjoy reading books about anything related to my job, as these types of books will help me to improve my knowledge as a bartender. Because of this I have become specifically interested in the mixology side of bartending and I do enjoy making Infusions/Tinctures and Syrups in my spare time.
