Hello, I'm Chad.
Confident, young bartender from Cape Town that loves a busy shift.
Most recently I worked at The Westin as resident mixologist. Operating as bartender with responsibilities involving menu design, stock control and staff training. This experience pushed me further than ever with regards to working under pressure, the leadership role aspect and having the opportunity to let my creativity run wild while designing a brand new cocktail menu. Prior to The Westin, I worked for an events company. The ever changing environments and quick thinking mentality of events bartending put a spring under my step that'll last my entire bartending career. My First position in the bar industry was at a place called de Kelder. This is where I developed all the skills necessary for any great bartender. So far in my experience in the bar industry, I've developed skills, knowledge and character necessary for any challenge.
