Hello, I'm Lucas.
French bartender, I already had more than a year of experiences as a bartender in Greece or in France. Team work and customers satisfaction are the most important for me.
After the EBS course, I had the opportunity to work for the Lawrence's apartment where the EBS students lives during the course. I used this opportunity to improve my cocktails recipes and create my own. After this I came back in France to work as a bartender in a French ski resort on the top of a mountain, it was an amazing experience, this restaurant had a lot of customers so I learned how to be faster in my job but also some hot cocktails recipes. I also got the opportunity to work for few month in my hometown for a 4 stars hotel as a bartender as well before coming back in ebs Kos to work for the 2023 summer season.
