Hello, I'm Stefan.

A friendly, creative, open minded, fast learning 29-year old guy who is looking for fulfillment in a new profession as a Bartender. I`m able to work on my own if necessary but I`m also able to fit in a Team easily and be a Teamplayer.

After school I did an apprenticeship in a kitchen which I finished with the certificate of apprenticeship. So I know the drill what it means to work fast, efficent, clean and calm to provide best service possible."It`s all about the mise en place" like my chef used to say back in the days . I don`t have that much experince behind the bar, but the lack of experince I`m able to compensate with fast learning, motivation, personality and an "Iron-Will". I also did Highschhol back in the days to increase my english to a level that i can survive & communicate in an english-speaking work environment. I Also graduated the EBS International Bartender Course in August/ September in Kos with the highest grade achieved in the course with a solid A-Grade with an overall score of 98%. That´s for sure something we can work with. I really want to become a good bartender with your help but therefore i need the chance to show you what I´m capable of doing behind the bar.
