Senior Bartender (Bar Supervisor) at The Alchemist for 2 years. Learning many classics, free pouring, multi serving and having fun with guests. Other duties including running shifts, doing orders, stock count/control, rota writing and more. Bartender at Malo(wine & negroni bar) boosted my knowledge of wines and more classic cocktails I never knew about. Jigger pouring bar which was new to me but developed quickly. Has given me more experience working FOH plus bar.
