Hello, I'm Hristiyan.
I started as a delivery boy, but quickly moved behind a bar. I love it and I work with passion. It can be the greatest and the worst job.
During my time of work I had a lot of different trainings. Wine, cocktail, coffee trainings as well behaviour during work, on the floor, behind the bar and etc. I have been managed by people with a lot of experience that had a lot to teach. As of 2023 I am responsible for stocking the bar. Shift leader on the floor and managing our new cocktail card and making the syrups we need.
