Working in a cocktail bar in my hometown really opened my eyes on how beautiful and fun can be working behind a bar. The best thing I've learned here is that we are not just serving a cocktail, we are selling an experience, a memory to every person that has chosen our bar to stop by. My old boss used to call me "cricket" for all the energy I always had and transmitted to our guess and that is something I love to do: having a smile for everyone who walk in and trying my best to put a smile on their faces too. Wile, working in high volume environments, in my second job in Florence, taught me the discipline of going fast, but always with a clean station, and still with the core value of making the costumer feel special and appreciated, in a way or another. And I know I've succedded in creating small connection with my customers when at different events, sometimes the same people would come by, and they would always come up to me, no matter the caos that was around, just to say hi, those where always my peak moments.
