I have worked in a cocktail bar, specialized in molecular cocktail, in my hometown in Italy. Working there really opened my eyes on how beautifull and fun can be working behind a bar. For me, and this is somethinng I've learned in my past job, is not just serving a cocktail, is about giving an expirience, a memory to every person that has choosen your bar to stop by for a drink. My old boss used to call me "cricket" for all the energy I always had and transmitted to our guess and that is something I love to do: having a smile for everyone who walk in and trying mybest to put a smile on their faces too.
