I am experienced in dealing with customers and take initiative when unexpected situations come about. I trained with some of the best bartenders in Mallorca this past August for 4 weeks where we learnt extensively about cocktails and alcohol. They also taught us stress management, working and exhibition flair, free pouring and jigger skills, bar cleanliness and hygiene and many more things. I have worked in 2 previous bars for a number of years where I learnt new skills. I am qualified to run a section and handle issues that other staff members may have once I find my feet in new environments.
