Outgoing Danish bartender with a passion for classic cocktails and great guest experiences.
I’m a Danish bartender with experience from both high-paced pubs and high-end cocktail bars, including Old Irish Pub in Næstved, a cocktail café in Myoko, Japan, and various seasonal roles. Since completing my EBS course in Mallorca in 2022, I’ve built a strong foundation in classic cocktails, speed service, and creating great guest experiences. Working in different countries has taught me to adapt quickly, stay organised under pressure, and connect with guests from all walks of life. I take pride in delivering quality drinks with precision while maintaining a welcoming and lively atmosphere behind the bar.
