In my previous role as Head Bartender at Hideaway (Goa) , I was responsible for managing a team of 11 bartenders, curating an innovative cocktail menu, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. My ability to create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere while maintaining efficiency behind the bar has consistently led to increased customer retention and positive reviews. One of the key achievements in my career was such as implementing a new cocktail program, reducing costs, or receiving a customer service award. This experience has honed my skills in staff training, inventory management, and maintaining excellent relationships with both suppliers and customers.
