Hello, I'm Robin.

Social and curious traveller from Sweden who loves trying new local alcohols and expanding my pallets.

As you can see in my resume, my work life consists most of advanced healthcare work. But if there was a section for my travel life, that would take up even more space. I’ve always loved travelling and hiking and I try to see the world every chance I get. And something that I love with bars is that it doesn’t matter where you are in the world or who you are with, it is a home for strangers who are just waiting to find memories with others. The amazing vibe, the mix of flavours from the drink and the local alcohol, it was never a bad night at the bars. For that reason, I’ve spent a lot of time in bars and want to continue that. During my time backpacking in Europe, I was constantly faced new challenges and people, from navigating in an unknown city to communicating with people I don’t share the language with. However, this was the environment I loved being in. I see myself as a social person who gets along with people regardless of culture differences. At the same time, during uncertainty and being in a new city, I had the capacity to adapt quickly and be one step ahead. For my living situation, I always chose to live at hostels to maximise my interaction with people from other countries and experience new cultures. As a result, I have strengthened my understanding and respect for people with other nationalities. Working in a hospital and a bar, has it similarities. It is a hectic job with things going on at the same time and you have to your eyes everywhere, which I love. The time I had working in the emergency room, have given me a lot of experience handling drunk people. During my years in the hospitals has given me flashbacks to all those years I worked at my family restaurant. Being able to give people a good time and giving food and drinks and seeing how much they enjoys it, that did put a smile on my face. And I loved the way you could connect with random people.
