Hello, I'm Denis.
As a child going to restaurants was such a treat, the staff was always happy bustling about and making everybody feel welcome. I wanted to be able to give everybody that same feeling I got, thus my passion for bartending started!
For me, cocktails are a creative process that I love, in my free time I spend it designing and creating new drinks. I also love the bustle of a bar, having worked in venues where I would cater to 50+ clients a night is a thrill and a challenge to provide the utmost service at all times. I have worked as a Manager, General Supervisor, and Bartender I can comfortably say I am flexible and enjoy new challenges.
