I like to speak about this one time at a job when i was put in a new, different and stressful situation. Some colleagues let the place for the day And we were understaffed. I had to cover somehow for them and I failed. I was to overwhelmed by the situation and couldn’t think straight or even see clearly. I don’t know exactly how, but we managed to get past that evening, but I was ashamed by that. Everybody told me that I was great and that I did a good job, but that wasn’t enough for me. I was not in control of the situation. After that day I didn’t have this kind of situations anymore. When something was happening I took a step back and watch carefully what is happening and how can I ease the tension and it worked well.
