I believe either you end up in hospitality and get spit back out, or you end up in hospitality and never find a way out again. We are all just hanging on, trying to find joy in life, joy in the little things. I'm intend on delivering that joy to as many people as I can. Even if it's just a nice cup of coffee, or a cocktail that makes you wiggle in your seat with excitement. I believe the pursuit of pleasure is the most important thing in life. But the pursuit of pleasure is also a rather egoistic way of life - a way that leads to ostracisation and loneliness. That is, unless you decide to share this pleasure. Life is meaningless, unless you find meaning. I want to make someones day better, even if just a little bit. I want to be the reason people think: 'Y'know what? Today is a good day.' And I will do my utmost best, to bring this kind of joy to my customers and to my co-workers.
